Implements for UAV | ROV | Drones
Cameras / Photography / FIlm / Live Feeds
We are able to tool your unit with a broad array of cameras and gimbals. These cameras range from Sony, Cannon to any cameras you may have a preference for. Your cameras can be setup and run with prime lens or zoom. We can set your unit up a s a Film, Photography, or a blended rig for surveillance and counter terrorism. We are able to port the images from the live feed to various sources based on your network configurations.
Infrared / Thermal / Multispectral / Night Vision
Infrared / Thermal / Night vision is the ability to see in low light conditions. Whether by biological or technological means, night vision is made possible by a combination of two approaches: sufficient spectral range, and sufficient intensity range.
Multispectral image is one that captures image data within specific wavelength ranges across the electromagnetic spectrum. The wavelengths may be separated by filters or by the use of instruments that are sensitive to particular wavelengths, including light from frequencies beyond the visible light range, i.e. infrared and ultra-violet. Spectral imaging can allow extraction of additional information the human eye fails to capture with its receptors for red, green and blue. It was originally developed for space-based imaging, and has also found use in document and painting analysis.
We are able to tool your unit with a broad array of infrared and multispectral cameras. These cameras range from Flir to Fluke to any cameras you may have a preference for. Your cameras can be stock, radiometric, or running in conjunction with other implements or camera systems on board.
Lighting
We are able to tool your unit with a broad array of lighting solutions. These high powered lumen leds can yield various amounts of light for various amounts of time. Please note for brighter lighting or longer lighting periods more energy will be needed to conduct these missions. An alternative solution is to use a Tether if using this lighting in a fixed location such as a Mobile Command Center or Forward Operating Base (FOB). This lighting is ideal for apprehending suspects so all operators can see clearly and function safely. This system is ideally suited for Search & Rescue (SAR) and works well in conjunction with FLIR or similar implements.
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) – Enables us to see through the surface of ground, ice, rocks and buildings or through structures at unsafe and hazardous environments without compromising the safety of staff and providing an additional solution for a more efficient surveying tool.
Light Detection and Ranging (LiDar)
LiDar is a surveying method that measures distance to a target by illuminating the target with pulsed laser light and measuring the reflected pulses with a sensor. Differences in laser return times and wavelengths can then be used to make digital 3-D representations of the target. The name lidar, now considered an acronym of light detection and ranging (sometimes light imaging, detection, and ranging), was originally a portmanteau of light and radar. Lidar sometimes is called laser scanning and 3-D scanning, with terrestrial, airborne, and mobile applications.
These units can function perfectly on UAV and Drones. These units are used mostly for reconnaissance, mapping, and surveying. On the set of a movie “scanning” the scene or in the air over a jungle they are very accurate and useful.
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is a geophysical method that uses radar pulses to image the subsurface. This nondestructive method uses electromagnetic radiation in the microwave band (UHF/VHF frequencies) of the radio spectrum, and detects the reflected signals from subsurface structures. GPR can have applications in a variety of media, including rock, soil, ice, fresh water, pavements and structures. In the right conditions, practitioners can use GPR to detect subsurface objects, changes in material properties, and voids and cracks.
With GPR you are able to view things you may or may not have been able to see before. This is a great surveying tool and has the ability to show you what lies beneath.
Remote Methane Leak Detector/Gas Inspection (RMLD)
Our intrinsically safe Remote Methane Leak Detector (RMLD-IS) is an eye-safe laser-based natural gas detector (methane) that can quickly and efficiently detect leaks up to one hundred feet away allowing remote detection of difficult to access places such as; busy roadways, locked yards, underground piping, compressor stations, offshore platforms, plant/industrial inspections, gas processing plants, gas gathering, drilling sites, landfills, difficult terrains and more.
Hazmat/Biological/Vira/Chemical/Nuclear
We are able to send any robot into the hot zone and get acurate data. This will protect life and limit the hazards inspectors may face going into a very dangerous place.
Towed Magnetometers
Magnetometers are widely used for measuring the Earth’s magnetic field and in geophysical surveys to detect magnetic anomalies of various types. They are also used in the military to detect submarines. Consequently, some countries, such as the United States, Canada and Australia, classify the more sensitive magnetometers as military technology, and control their distribution.
These can be flown as well as placed on ROV’s for sea beds etc.
Tethers
Drone tethers give us the ability to power a drone for static flight above a location for an extended amount of time. These are ideal for newly established Command Centers in Disaster Zones as well as operations in Forward Operating Bases (FOB). The ability to “ground” power the drone will give us essentially unlimited flight time above a location to give us a higher elevated view of our surroundings. This static elevated drone also gives us the ability to take advantage of the various implementation we have such as Lighting, Thermal, and Live Video feeds for more efficient decision making.
